It is just so important to think about what it takes to sustain your weight loss results. It’s never to early to start thinking about maintenance!
If the idea of being in maintenance sounds like a life of self-censorship, of having to use your willpower to control your eating – and a life of having to whip up the motivation to get yourself out there to do exercise, then stop right there. That’s no way to live.
