Prosperity’s Kitchen – Meet the AmBUZZadors! – 10-23-12

Greetings!

Now that you know the history behind the ‘AmBUZZadors’, here are a few words from some of them…

Q1. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do when you are not promoting ‘Prosperity’s Kitchen’.

Nancy Boyd of ‘Bright Wings

My work is all about transformation.  The tools I use are manifold, depending upon what the people who come to me want to do with themselves.  I have the flexibility to work with them on a variety of levels, and all of the work we do will be around what their soul wants of them in this lifetime.  I am your soul’s coach!  I work with individuals, couples, small groups and work teams.

I am also an Idea Machine. When someone asks for ideas, one of my superpowers is that I generate ideas, accessing the unlimited field of unmanifest potential where all ideas live, so that some of them can become manifest in form in this time and space.

Finally, I create fun playgrounds for people who want to connect in new ways with others of like mind.  And I write.  So far I have 5 blogs (and I think I’ll stop there; that’s enough!)

One of the strong energies I carry is “Evolve or die!”  Lots of people are uncomfortable with this intense energy.  Those who know what it’s about and love working with it?  Those are my right people.  And they love working with me in any and all of the ways possible 🙂

You know what?  It’s really OK with me that some people don’t resonate. They have other folks with whom they can work.  I get to work with the coolest people on the planet, and I LOVE that.

Jamie Yahne of ‘GlitzeeGlee’

I have two of the hardest jobs in the whole world.Being a mother and a small business owner definitely keeps me busy. In my spare time I enjoy cooking & photography. I am the owner of an online holiday dinnerware store called Glitzee Glee. My business provides tableware that was made for entertaining. We refuse to sell plain, boring, unexciting dinnerware.

Carol Dodsley a.k.a. ‘The How2 Girl

I am better known to many as “TheHow2Girl” and help solopreneurs say No to mess and YES to success

It used to be that people needed more information to help them create and grow a great business but right now there is “too much”! and it often results in that rabbit in the headlights scenario – where you are in so much overwhelm and think there is so much to do that you just freeze and do nothing or you try and do it all and burn out!

So I help people to get out of the headlights and into the spotlight, create complete clarity of who they are, where they are going and how to get there using the right size stepping stones for their feet.

When I am not promoting Prosperity’s Kitchen, I’m having fun hosting the http://thehow2girl.tv and bringing world wide business success experts live on air to share their tips for success, welcoming you to the weekly take a break have a chit chat show, where solopreneurs can learn whats new in the world of business and a host of tips and tricks for success, to take away and implement in their business. And the great thing is that they are learning top class and effective business strategies without even realising they are learning, it’s amazing how much you can learn when you are having fun!

The ask Carol show has been launched to answer your questions in short bite size chunks and solopreneurs can send in their own questions & be featured on the show.

And of course, I offer great group programmes and one on one VIP experiences for those that want to delve in and take things to the next level too.

Annie Sisk of ‘Pajama Productivity’

Being essentially lazy by nature, I of course write about productivity and how to get creative s–… uh, stuff, done, at Pajama Productivity. I’m also a WordPress developer through Stage Presence Marketing. When I’m not doing those things, I’m working on a variety of creative projects – three novels in progress, mainly, and watercolor painting.

Benjamin Atkinson, Sommelier The Dry Gourmet

I’ve been lumbering around the insurance/healthcare business development space for nearly 2 decades. I left the corporate world to resuscitate my withered soul. I’m about to launch a cooking wine…made better.

The Dry Gourmet is a line of cooking wines that have been flash dehydrated in a vacuum. What’s the point? It has all the flavor of wine. It’s shelf-stable for 1 year. It has zero alcohol. And, you can do things with a wine powder that you cannot with the wet stuff.

The idea came from a friend in recovery. I began marketing to that community, but soon the Mormons, Muslims and home cooks started emailing us requests for samples. That was my cue to get serious.

We’re launching in November!

When I’m not hanging with Tea and promoting her awesomeness, I write and blog. (Well, they’re the same thing, really.) I’ve been doing that for quite a while now, freelancing for the last 7 years, and I love it. Potential clients can check me out on sharonhh.com but I also have a 7 year old blog for writers called Get Paid to Write Online. I’m always dipping into new ventures, such as creating a course, mentoring writers and just enjoying fun writing projects.

Birdy Diamond of ‘Bold Kitten Brigade’ & ‘TwOOwls Art’

When I’m not helping to spread the word about all the awesomesauce around the Kitchen, I’m exploring the paranormal with my husband, Mike Diamond, and my fellow Kittens over at the ‘Bold Kitten Brigade’, as well as creating lovely jewelry for ‘TwOOwls Art’.

Q2. What led you to Tea and the ‘Kitchen’?

Nancy Boyd of ‘Bright Wings

I’ve been on Tea’s list for several months and when she put a call out for the Kitchen it just sounded so cool I wanted to play there 🙂

Jamie Yahne of ‘GlitzeeGlee’

I’m a new business owner. I opened my store about a year ago and I’m constantly looking for ways to build my brand and improve my business.

Carol Dodsley a.k.a. ‘The How2 Girl

the Pumpkin Plan Ambuzadors group 🙂

Annie Sisk of ‘Pajama Productivity’

I’ve known Tea for over a year through our small mastermind group, the Blog Posse, and her awesome Word Carnivals.

Benjamin Atkinson, Sommelier The Dry Gourmet

I forget how I came across Tea. I’m always on the lookout for smart marketing advice, so I’m sure she would have ended up on my radar sooner or later. Once I read a couple posts, I was hooked. The cooking analogies resonate with me…and make me hungry.

Nicole Fende of ‘Small Business Finance Forum’

I first met Tea about a year ago when she invited me to join The Word Carnival, a group of bloggers who cover a different topic each month.

Sharon Hurley Hall, sharonhh.com

I met Tea through the Word Carnival which she started about a year ago. A group of us blog monthly on small business issues and I’ve been one of the group for about 11 months. I don’t even remember how I heard about it, but it’s led me to be part of a fantastic group. We hang out online in our own Facebook group and a few of us formed what we call the Blog Posse, meeting a couple times a month to help each other with strategic business issues. So we heard about the Kitchen early and I was excited to be a part of it.

Birdy Diamond of ‘Bold Kitten Brigade’ & ‘TwOOwls Art’

Blame Tori Deaux of the ‘Quirkipreneurs’. It’s her ‘fault’ Tea & I met. We’d kind of circled around each other’s knowing for a while in the #quirkybiz chat et al., and then Tea wrote a wondrous article about marketing and birds that lit up some metaphorical light bulbs and got me paying very close attention to what our Word Chef was up to. :>

Q3. What about ‘Prosperity’s Kitchen’ led you to step up when Tea put out the call??

Nancy Boyd of ‘Bright Wings

See above 🙂

Carol Dodsley a.k.a. ‘The How2 Girl

because I love innovation, and people having fun in their business and think this is an amazing concept that is taking things to the next level and want to be a part of it and share the journey and help others to do the same 🙂

Annie Sisk of ‘Pajama Productivity’

Tea and I share a keen interest in making marketing education accessible, real, honest, and useful. As she developed the concept through our Blog Posse interactions and on her own, I found myself getting increasingly excited about the whole prospect. So I just had to get involved!

Benjamin Atkinson, Sommelier The Dry Gourmet

I had to share the PK with my little slice of the world. Tea is leading the charge in ‘slow marketing’, cultivating trust and growing strong relationships. The business world needs a big dose of this. We the consumers are hungry for this. (I told you she makes me hungry.)

Nicole Fende of ‘Small Business Finance Forum’

Prosperity’s Kitchen is a brilliant idea (why didn’t I think of it?).  I love watching Shark Tank and I love the competitive, real world aspect.  Tea’s got amazing insights so I know this is going to be a must see every week.

Sharon Hurley Hall, sharonhh.com

What’s not to like about an online game show that people can learn from? It’s fun and educational – and I’m curious about how it will all work out. And anything Tea is involved in is worth a look (can you tell I’m a fan?) so when she first mentioned it, I knew I wanted to help promote it. Plus it was a natural evolution of all the thinking I’ve been doing about marketing since hooking up with Tea last year.

Birdy Diamond of ‘Bold Kitten Brigade’ & ‘TwOOwls Art’

I love the concept. I love Tea’s work. Both of these succeeding would be a truly wondrous thing.

So why wouldn’t I do what I could to help out???

Q4. Anything else you’d like to add?

Nancy Boyd of ‘Bright Wings

The concept in itself is so playful and original that it’s intriguing.  The energy is great, the interactions are fun, and the people involved are so interesting.  I am delighted and honored to be part of this!

Carol Dodsley a.k.a. ‘The How2 Girl

I’m planning on interviewing Tea live very soon for everyone to come and join us and find out even more about prosperity’s Kitchen 🙂

Annie Sisk of ‘Pajama Productivity’

Double fudge brownies are so much better when they have walnuts in them, don’t you think? (What? You said “anything.” 😉 )

Benjamin Atkinson, Sommelier The Dry Gourmet

Let’s drop the hard sell into low, signal our intent and drive a slow marketing campaign!

Nicole Fende of ‘Small Business Finance Forum’

Play at home – you know you want to!
